I saw your post on the SeattleDataGuy newsletter. I feel like all the open table formats have pretty much the same functionalities. I use Delta Lake a lot. Do you see any difference between Delta Lake and Apache Iceberg?
Yes, at a high-level perspective they are quite similar indeed, but they differ in the way they structure metadata.
